The job, in three frames
How the job runs with J.O. Construction, in the order it happens.
Step 1: Trench and slab
Sewer and power trenched from the house, forms and rebar set, the slab poured.
Step 2: Trusses and sheathing
Walls framed, trusses set and the roof sheathed, often by week three.
Step 3: Stucco and interior
Stucco outside, then drywall, kitchen, bath and finishes inside.
What you get
A new foundation, framed walls and roof, stucco to match or contrast the house, and a complete interior: kitchen, bath, bedroom, laundry hookups and its own HVAC.

How the build runs in Chino
By week three on our 730 sq ft Fontana unit (October 2025) the trusses and roof sheathing were going up and rough plumbing and electrical had started. Then stucco, drywall and finishes.
