What we were working with
A Fontana backyard with a pool. Phase one: a detached ADU that doubles as a pool house. Phase two: the rest of the yard around it.
How we handled it
Phase one was the 893 sq ft unit: a stone-faced gable, French doors to the pool deck, and a kitchen in navy cabinets with a white waterfall island, finished by late 2024 with interior designer 8a Interiors. Phase two started in April 2025 with an architect from Studio 862: an outdoor bathroom and shower with a pebble floor, CMU storage rooms, a trash enclosure and two pergolas, done in September 2025.

We hired Jimmy for a garage to ADU conversion project. The project was completed quickly, with diligent work from Jimmy's team, resulting in a finished product that exceeded our expectations!
