What we were working with
A San Clemente property and a plan for two units on it, designed to get the most out of the lot, with interior designer 8a Interiors.
How we handled it
We kicked it off in August 2025. By the end of October the second-story framing was almost complete. Each unit has its own kitchen with light wood cabinets and an island. The final photos went up in July 2026.
