What we were working with
A Fontana house that needed more room: a bigger kitchen and a primary suite, tied into the existing house so it reads as one home.
How we handled it
Demolition and the new foundation came first in January 2025, then pour day and framing in February. The new kitchen has walnut cabinets, a marble-look quartz island, a Viking range with a pot filler and black steel French doors to the yard. The primary bath got vertical green tile, a fluted wood double vanity and brass fixtures. Tile and finishes ran through June, and the recap went up in July.
